Our new record is formed of long lost and then rediscovered tapes, mysterious late night performances and forgotten gems, dug up, harvested and mixed straight off the tape through our old Alice mixing desk. Some of the tapes were bought second hand and still have snapshots of sound from previous recordings from an unknown source. It brings up for us notions of blurred memory, communications lost in time and delving into woozy dreamstates.
We hand stenciled and stamped the covers ourselves, along with Frank and Luke from Slowfoot Records.
